how do you buy things with kills? anybody know?

This is up for discussion atm. Their will probably be a little link at the top of the screeen next to "Survival Horror List". You probably be able to buy your own ranks, Smileys, Weapons and Special Accounts but remember this is still up for discussion.

No they will probably be custom ranks.
